The customer’s journey
To ensure streamlined and efficient production, we follow a set process:
- Idea and concept: The customer provides either an idea or a 3D file. Alternatively, we assist with the development of the technical model.
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM): We optimize the design of the part to ensure efficient and optimal production. This shortens deadlines and ensures that the part works correctly from the first production run.
- Mold production: We manufacture the necessary injection mold based on the requirements for the specific part.
- Approval: The customer approves the first sample, after which any adjustments are implemented.
- Production: After approval, series production is initiated.
- Ongoing orders: The customer can repeatedly order the same parts as needed.
With our fully integrated production line, we achieve short lead times as we are not dependent on external suppliers. Our production setup ensures quick changeovers and efficient series from small to large production volumes.
Injection molding
With 12 molding machines in production, four of which are located in a clean room environment, we are equipped to handle most molding tasks. Our operators and robots handle series ranging from a few hundred to several hundred thousand. We offer run-ins and qualification of both aluminum and steel tools, according to your needs.
Cleanroom environment and material handling with robots
We are experiencing increasing demand for plastic parts with higher purity requirements. We have set up a production environment with four machines separated from the others, where we can meet purity requirements.
In our clean room environment, we mold and package parts without human contact.
Here, we offer molding in both aluminum and steel tools combined with part handling by 4- and 5-axis robots that move parts from the tool directly into the packaging.
Robots can be programmed to automatically take random samples throughout production and perform special handling processes, such as unscrewing threaded parts, etc.
Materials
We have more than 500 different materials and masterbatches in stock, including everything from the most common types such as PP, ABS, PC, PC/ABS, PA, POM, and TPE, which can also be glass-filled or friction-modified. In addition, we also work with more specialised types of plastic such as PBT, PEEK, LCP, PPS, COC and others. We stock certain Medico-approved types, while others are sourced through our network of suppliers.
With many years of experience in both product development and injection moulding, we work with the customer’s requirements to find the optimal material for the task.
For 2K parts, for example, we can contribute our knowledge of the right combinations to achieve optimal adhesion.
A wide selection of material types provides ample opportunity for molding parts in several different plastic types, for example, functional parts where material properties are essential.

We also offer consulting services to companies that need help specifying their injection molding projects. Our expertise covers the entire process from concept development to finished product.
